Cintas al ajillo

Ingredientes

  • 400 g de pasta “cintas”
  • 2 calamares o 1 sepia
  • 2 ajos
  • aceite de oliva
  • perejil
  • sal

Elaboración

  1. Cuece la pasta en abundante agua con sal
  2. En una sartén con aceite fríe los ajos cortados en láminas, añade los calamares cortados en anillas o sepia troceada, sazonados previamente
  3. Escurre la pasta y mézclala con el sofrito
  4. Espolvorea perejil picado y sirve
