Florentinos

Ingredientes

  • 150 gr de naranja confitada
  • 100 gr de almendras crudas peladas
  • 6 cucharadas de leche condensada
  • 2 cucharadas de harina

Elaboración

Cortamos las almendras y la naranja confitada en trocitos. Mezclamos con la leche condensada y la harina . Cuando esté todo bien mezclado, colocaremos en una fuente untada con mantequilla porciones de la pasta; alisaremos para que queden delgadas y las dejaremos en el horno hasta que estén cocidas.
